The California NGSS Statewide Implementation: Coherent And Student Centered Science Assessment Systems is an online professional learning experience designed for K-12 academic coaches, administrators, curriculum leads, and teacher leaders to deepen their understanding and implementation of science assessment in classrooms, schools, districts, and the state.

Sessions include:

  • Assessment Practices That Expand Meaningful Opportunities To Learn Science

  • Assessing In Multiple Dimensions

  • Working Towards An Equitable Assessment System

  • Evaluation Tools And Resources

It is recommended that educators register as teams in order to fully bring this professional learning into their school and district systems.

If you are interested in having your team in one location (i.e. the COE) you can do HYBRID sessions where the teams can be in person to work together, but on a common Zoom link!
