Provide counselors with a wide variety of tools and resources to inform their daily practice.

Audience: Counselors from San Benito, Santa Cruz, and Monterey

Quarterly 

The Counselor Network is a group of school counselors who come together to learn about and discuss items or relevant topics of interest or concern. Guest speakers and facilitators attend as appropriate. Topics are determined by the group and voted on in each meeting or by survey. 

Audience: K-12 counselors

All team members agree to participate for 2 years.  Two monthly planning meetings within each team including one monthly meeting with an S5C mentor. 

Teams agree to implement at least three of the approved grading strategies and engage fully in data collection and sharing of data. 

Audience: Teams of teachers and (at least one) administrator from school sites. By invitation and application only. 

Monthly meetings with postsecondary and TK-12 stakeholders to collaboratively address issues around institutional transitions, curriculum and instruction, counseling, and student support initiatives. 

Audience:  S5C Steering & Operations Committee 

Share expertise on sources of data, reporting tools, analysis strategies, and data sharing protocols for multiple stakeholders including postsecondary partners
